Double R Controls have many years practical experience in the processing of various types of material. We employ a dedicated team of technical people who are continually striving to introduce new technologies to optimise the transportation of materials through a process. The main business of Double R Controls Ltd. is the manufacture of bespoke web handling equipment which can incorporate printing, laminating, coating, die cutting, ultrasonic welding and many other features to provide the end user with an ultimate solution to their web handling and process requirements.

As well as the extensive range of bespoke equipment Double R Controls manufacture a wide range of standard spooling, traverse winding and level winding equipment. This enables long lengths of narrow width products to be created in a continuous format and a single package, therefore providing the ultimate end user with a more efficient process. The ability to handle material from 0.15 mm wide by 6 micron thick polyester to 50 mm wide by 1 mm thick steel strip presents many challenges for our technical team. However, due to their practical experience and technical capabilities, these challenges are accepted and suitable equipment is created to provide the customer with the solution they require.
