CL-1800
Coating and laminating machine as seen above has the following specification web width 1700 mm, with an unwind diameter
1800 mm for airlaid base, and film unwind diameter 600 mm, machine speed 200 mpm, max rewind diameter 1800mm. The coating
and laminating is via annilox roller and closed chamber doctor blade applying water based EVS adhesives onto a 15
micron LDPE film.
The machine has facility for double side coating, web spreading, and perforating of the film. The CL-1800
machine is supplied with a complete wash down, purge, and cleaning unit. Heat activation for cross linking and drying
of the adhesive is acheived by the DRC specifically designed microprocessor controlled infra red zoned heating system.

The CL-1800 Coater / Laminator can be supplied as a stand alone unit, or with a full roll handling package inclusive of
Manipulator mill roll loading, finished roll off-load roll lift in device for film unwind, rewound roll lift out system
and transpotation, with off- loading onto roll-upender and transport pallet for removal by fork-lift truck.
